The picture seems to be saying, “What about Me?”  Carmen has been overlooked a number of times.  She is a sweet gal, a Chow Chow mix and loves people and most dogs.  She needs to find a home that will love her and take her to be spayed.  We will not be spaying for a few monthsbecause of the lack of funds.
